 Children born with physical deformities and mental limitations are often looked down upon by others within their society. In Arabic, the very word assigned to such an individual means "the twisted". Yet these precious children are known and loved by God, and possess a unique joy that cannot be ignored.
The door for blessing these children is wide open. Governments put few restrictions on working with the disabled since their potential is deemed minimal. Through training young people in physical/occupational therapy and partnering with others to rehabilitate these children, ROCKids seeks to provide the disabled with the opportunity to reach their God-given potential and be touched with His love.
